A woman, mother, student, and a full-time employee, I have no time or inclination to want to prepare meals for dinner every night of the week. With the hectic life that I lead, I find it extremely difficult to put a plate on the table 9:00 or 10.00 clock in the night. I had to find a way to make my family healthier and the food and first-feed to see is not a realistic option. Finally I found a fairly clean solution to my problem, which seems to work pretty well. The soilprepare all my meals dinners a week in advance and freeze.
Start with a menu that I do not for dinner every night for the next week. Often I'll use the menu so you can plan, the remains of a meal into a meal otherwise. For example, I buy half of the ham and ham steaks out of it enough for a meal. Then I guess what else from the ham, cut into cubes and baked potatoes or potato soup over it. AnotherExample would be the hamburger. I cook a whole package of meat at a time. I am ready, half for hamburger goulash or spaghetti and the other half for something like Taco or Sloppy Joes. These little tricks that save me much time. They also tend to save me a lot of money because they buy in large quantities of meat, it costs less.
If I know that next week will be particularly busy, I plan meals, like a big pot of soup or stew. I know that they are spoiled food, which is forremains and I can two nights worth of meals out of them. I also know that I can freeze meals to choose, without spoiling the food. I recommend waiting to cook your pasta, you will need for your meal until the night is required. Do not freeze the pasta is usually good. It is always possible, the meat prepared in advance and freeze, however.
When I designed my menu, I make a list of what I need to prepare all meals and I take a trip to the supermarket. Once I have all myIngredients, I have to work preparing the meal.

Sometimes eat, rather than pre-cooked, which I prepare ingredients for cooking. For soups or stews, cut the carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, etc and put them in a freezer bag and freeze. You can also cook the meat and freeze after it has cooled. The day that I would like this particular meal, I just all ingredients in Crock-Pot and cook on low heat all day. If you are ready for the dinner that evening, dinner is ready, withoutpropose a lot of effort.
